And of course, we had to figure out how to tell the team, and what to do if things went horribly wrong (or wonderfully right) We had a LOT of questions we needed to solve (how does part-time work? Are we breaking the law for full-time workers? How does vacation work?). Not a lot of frameworks for how this should go, so we had to figure it out as we went.
